Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Equilibrium (the “App”) and explains how we handle information when you use the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
1. Collection of Your Information
We do not directly collect personal information from users.
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, camera access, or other personally identifiable information.
We do not operate our own server to receive, store, or process your personal information.
Local App Data
The App may store gameplay and preference data locally on your device, such as:
- game progress;
- scores, statistics, or history;
- app settings and preferences;
- ad-removal entitlement status, when applicable.
This data is used only to provide the App experience on your device. It is not sent to our own servers.
Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Although we do not directly collect personal information, Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process certain information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement. This may include, for example:
- IP address;
- ad interactions and app interaction data;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- device identifiers or advertising identifiers, where applicable.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s own policies. For more information, please review:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure
Purchases and App Store Services
The App may offer an optional purchase to remove ads. Payments, receipts, refunds, account data, and billing information are processed by the app store provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, according to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The App may also allow you to open the app store page to leave a review. Any review, rating, account, or profile information submitted to an app store is handled by that store provider.
2. How We Use Information
We use local App data only to:
- save and restore your game progress;
- remember your settings and preferences;
- display your statistics or history inside the App;
- recognize whether ads should be removed after a valid purchase.
Google AdMob may use advertising data as described in Google’s policies, including to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve advertising services.
3. How We Keep Your Information
Gameplay and preference data is stored locally on your device. We do not set a server-side retention period because we do not store this information on our own servers.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App data, reset the device, or uninstall the App.
Advertising and app store data handled by Google, AdMob, Google Play, Apple, or other store providers is retained according to those providers’ own policies.
4. Your Rights and Options
You can delete locally stored App data at any time by using any available in-app reset/delete options, clearing the App data in your device settings, or uninstalling the App.
Deleting local data may permanently remove your progress, statistics, preferences, and locally stored settings.
Opt Out of Personalized Advertising
You may be able to limit personalized ads through your device settings.
For Android devices:
- Open Settings.
- Select Google.
- Select Ads.
- Manage or reset your advertising ID and ad personalization preferences.
For iOS devices:
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Select Tracking or Apple Advertising, depending on your iOS version.
- Manage tracking and personalized advertising preferences.
You may still see ads after changing these settings, but they may be less personalized.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected directly by us, because we do not directly collect such information.
Third-party services used by the App may collect, process, or share data according to their own privacy policies. In particular, Google AdMob may process advertising-related data as described by Google.
6. Children
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Because App data is stored locally, parents or guardians can also delete local data by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App from the device.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
This Privacy Policy may contain links to third-party websites or policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when needed, including to reflect changes in the App, third-party SDKs, app store requirements, or applicable laws.
The latest version will be identified by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
